• Contact form, information request: to manage your request.
• Subscribe to the Newsletter or our electronic communications: to manage their delivery.
• The user is reminded of the possibility of withdrawing consent at any time whenever it has been granted for a specific purpose, without this affecting the legality of the processing based on consent prior to withdrawal.

Data retention The data of users who use any of the contact channels to receive the newsletter will be retained for the time necessary to answer the contact application or for as long as the newsletter is subscribed to. Legitimacy of processing Data processing is based on the free, unambiguous, informed consent of the data subject. Personal data recipients Transfers to third parties are not envisaged. The Newsletter is sent via the professional version of MailChimp, a US platform that acts as the data processor. The United States is not a country with an adequate level of protection for personal data, although companies that have signed up to the Privacy Shield Agreement are considered to offer guarantees in data processing. MailChimp is a company which has signed up to the Privacy Shield agreement. Users’ rights when providing personal data, and how to exercise them. Users may exercise their rights by sending an email to protecciondedatos@somosquiero.com. These rights are as follows:

• Right of access: right to request access to your personal data, i.e. to know whether or not QUIERO is processing them.
• Right to request correction (if incorrect) or deletion.
• Right to request limitation of processing, in which case they will only be kept in order to exercise or defend any claims.
• Right to object to processing: you may ask for your data to no longer be processed in the manner indicated, save for cases in which processing is legally mandated.
• Right to data portability: Quiero will ensure your data are passed on to the new data controller should you request portability.

Complaints to the supervisory authority Any users who believe there is a conflict or problem with their data can address any claims to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001-Madrid.
